For a decade before that, I’ve lived lives across graphic design, art direction, content strategy, account/client services, and project management at agencies and magazines.

EDITORIAL + IRL ACTIVATION (2023)
TLDR is Canada’s most-read financial newsletter (2 million readers every week), a podcast, and a Webby Award winner, too. As the founding team’s producer during its alpha and beta tests in 2021, I trained its writers and editors (who come from outlets like GQ, the CBC, Esquire, and Field & Stream) to build the muscles and regimen of an internal newsroom before handing it over to the dedicated team that runs it today.
(Oh hey, c’est moi. We’re always our own brand ambassadors on the streets.)In the summer of 2023, we also wanted to expand the awareness and readership of our online newsletter in an offline way: by handing out newspaper editions of TLDR with Nile Coffee Club cold brews to morning commuters across downtown Toronto. I co-piloted this fun week-long activation, and we were so energized by the excited fans and future subscribers we got to meet.
Role: CREATIVE PRODUCER
- Owned the activation’s creative scoping, schedule, staffing, and budget
- Drove the newspaper’s editorial and printing process, from initial story lineup all the way to final press check
- Shaped the social campaign’s content calendar
- Crafted and edited teaser Instagram Reel and live Stories
- Directed the live photography
